She began her career as a qualified optometrist, specializing in complex contact lens fittings. After earning an MBA, Nicolette embarked on an extensive international corporate journey in eye care, holding senior positions in marketing and medical affairs across the USA, EMEA, and UK markets.

Her experience spans across various business settings, from small start-ups to large corporations. Nicolette excels in managing cross-functional teams and has successfully launched multiple ophthalmic devices. A strategic thinker with a keen analytical mind, she focuses on product innovation, strategic marketing and people development.

Having lived in four countries across three continents, Nicolette brings a global perspective to her work. She currently lives in Texas with her husband and three children.

As Senior Director at Medevise, Nicolette spearheads the medical communications and professional education team, and is responsible for the identification, management and delivery of client projects.
